This is a good combination of sweet potato (kumara) and plain potatoes. When you add in the extra vegetables and all the spices then serve it up with some Turkish bread you’ve got a great winter warmer
I almost missed this gem which was on a Herald Sun newspaper page. Mum stuck mostly to the old style potatoes, which in her day were just potatoes and only came washed or unwashed, big or small. Nothing like today’s variety. I think this recipe looks good, a great way to jazz up sweet potato.
