Now the weather is starting to cool down again it’s probably time to start thinking of more hearty meat dishes. This one should fit the bill.
I almost missed this gem which was on a Herald Sun newspaper page. Mum stuck mostly to the old style potatoes, which in her day were just potatoes and only came washed or unwashed, big or small. Nothing like today’s variety. I think this recipe looks good, a great way to jazz up sweet potato.
