Don’t think I’ve every seen a sausage quiche recipe before. Haven’t tried it, but it looks OK and as long as your sausages are gluten free it could be a bit of a change from plain fried sausage and egg for those who are gluten intolerant.

SPICY BAKED EGGPLANT
It used to be quite hard to find recipes that catered easily for vegetarian guests, luckily that’s no longer the case. Years ago I remember searching for an interesting dish to serve my son’s girlfriend for a Christmas lunch dominated by roast pork and turkey. The answer I finally came up with was a stuffed eggplant, don’t think it was quite as spicy as this recipe though. Fortunately she seemed to enjoy it.
PINEAPPLE AND CARROT FRUIT CAKE
Yes, this is a fruit cake, but it’s only October so I’m not suggesting it should be your Christmas Cake. It won’t be long before it’s time to get the Christmas recipes out and make the pudding and cake, but think there’s a few more weeks before you need to do that . Sadly these days I only make fruit cakes at Christmas, but really they’re an easy cake to make, they keep well and ingredients like the pineapple and carrot in this recipe add extra flavour. Worth making all year round really……
RASPBERRY TREAT
APRICOT CHOCOLATE BALLS
FISH, MEAT AND VEGETABLE SKEWERS
CURRIED RISSOLES
STICKY SYRUP STEAMED PUDDING
AVOCADO AND HAM PALMIERS
LITTLE MEATBALLS and BEB’S TOMATO SAUCE
There’s nothing too unusual about these Little Meatballs, it’s more their size. As the recipe says they’re quite versatile, you can put them a pasta sauce or sweet and sour sauce. You could even serve them with a dipping sauce as a nibble or pop them in the kids lunchbox. I’ve included Mum’s Tomato Sauce for Mince Balls recipe as I think it goes well with them. Enjoy………..
