I’ve found it hard to find a good recipe for a whole fish. There’s lots for filleted fish, but I’ve never been too sure about using a whole fish. Next time I’m cooking one, I’m going to give this recipe a go. I like the idea that you can fill it with any combination you choose and I think the oat coating would give it a lovely crunch.
